Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, please be aware of our cancellation policy outlined below:

  1. Deposit:

    • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking to secure your reservation.

    • The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers a portion of the cancellation fees incurred by hotels and domestic flights included in the package.

  2. Cancellation Timeline:

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total tour cost.

  3. Partial Refunds:

    • Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the package.

  4. Name Changes:

    • Name changes to the reservation are considered as cancellations and are subject to the same terms and conditions.

  5. Force Majeure:

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour. In such cases, our standard cancellation policy may be adjusted.

  6. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30-45 days after receiving a written cancellation notice.

Cancellation Fees Allocation:

  • The cancellation fees collected contribute to covering costs associated with hotel reservations, domestic flights, and other pre-booked services.
